Shipping and Returns


Shipping

Our orders are processed within 2 business days. We ship from our studio located in San Francisco. We'll do our best to get your order to you as soon as possible, however, please keep in mind that the shipping speed relies mainly on our shipping partners and can change depending on the time of the year.

We currently ship domestically within the United States, and internationally to Canada only. All pillows and backgammon sets ship for a flat rate of $15. Table linens ship free. 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.

To start a return, contact us at hello@pazar.studio and we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Customs and Import Taxes

Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and duties are usually calculated and charged once a delivery reaches its destination country. For international purchases (outside of the United States), any customs charges on an order are payable by the receiver. Please contact your local customs office for current rates.


EXCEPTIONS

All items on sale are final purchases. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


CANCELLATIONS

For any reason, if you need to cancel an order, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order and we will cancel it. 


EXCHANGES

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


REFUNDS

Allow about 7-10 business days for processing returns.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. As long as the items you are returning are in their original condition, you’ll be refunded fully on your original payment method, excluding original and return shipping costs.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
